The Basics: Along with competitive salaries, we offer a comprehensive
benefits package that includes paid vacation and sick time off, tuition
reimbursement for education and training, medical and dental insurance,
a 401(k) deferred savings plan with CLMS
contributions, flexible spending plans, and incentive and bonus programs.
Paid Leave: Employees earn two weeks of paid leave per year
when they start, three weeks after two years, and four weeks after ten
years. They also earn 48 hours of sick leave a year. CLMS
adheres to the Federal Holiday schedules and allows four (4) Holidays
to be floated. Other paid time off includes Bereavement Leave and Jury
Duty.
Training and Education Program: The training and education
benefit encourages personal development through formal education, certifications,
seminars and conferences so employees may maintain and improve job-related
skills and/or enhance their ability to compete for open positions within
CLMS.
We pay for job-related college courses, with reimbursement for employees
earning a B or better. Costs for approved certifications, seminars and
conferences are fully reimbursed.
Health and Dental Insurance: We provide health care and dental
insurance to employees through a Preferred Provider Network. The PPO
lets you choose from a wide range of doctors, with small co-payments
and no forms to submit. Preventive care includes annual physicals, eye
exams, and well-baby check-ups. A prescription card allows you to purchase
generic prescription drugs for $5 or order long-term prescriptions through
the mail. CLMS
also administers a flexible spending account that pays for uninsured
health expenses with pre-tax dollars.
Other Insurance: CLMS
provides short and long term disability and life insurance, as well
as makes available additional supplemental life insurance to its
employees.
Other supplemental insurance options include; cancer protection,
intensive
care protection, accident and hospital indemnity. These plans are guaranteed
renewable and are fully portable, with benefits paid directly to
employees
with no coordination of other coverage.
Retirement Savings: CLMS
encourages employees to contribute a tax-deferred portion of their incomes
to a 401(k) plan including mutual funds managed by Transamerica Retirement
Services. Employees are eligible to participate on their first day of
employment. Company contributions to an employee's 401(k) account are
subject to a five-year graded vesting schedule.
