    SENIOR DEVELOPER

    MID-LEVEL DEVELOPER

    Senior and mid-level developer needed to provide technical services for migration of the existing Installation Support Modules (ISM) to a modernized, web-based application. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting detailed requirements, creating HTML mock-ups and writing software design documentation, developing software, conducting and documenting unit tests and writing online help. Software is developed in a J2EE environment. Developers build JSPs using Oracle's JDeveloper 9i IDE for the presentation logic, and they write PL/SQL procedures using TOAD or the PL/SQL Developer for business logic. The project uses Oracle's 9i Application Server (9iAS) and the Oracle 9i database. All software development is done using a standard software development methodology.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

BA/BS in CS, Engrng, Bus, or equiv. (comb. ed./exper.), + 3 yrs. exper. incl. 2 yrs. Oracle RDBMS; successful completion of in-house proficiency test. Drawing on knowl. of Oracle RDBMS (8i, 9iAS, PL/SQL; data warehousing); SUN Solaris, Unix and Windows; JAVA, SQL, and Lotus Notes: design, develop, and implement s/w apps, particularly Oracle-based apps and legacy system interfaces. Develop & maintain complex & detailed technical & high-level application designs. Design & execute tests, debug applications, & resolve complex technical issues. Supervise junior developers. Eligible for U.S. employment at time of hire.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

Requirements: The successful candidate must have 5 years experience in data modeling, requirements analysis, and data dictionary support as well as 2 years experience supervising a team of developers. Candidate must possess strong managerial, interpersonal, decision-making and problem solving skills, verbal presentation skills, and ability to achieve goals, as well as effectively communicate with all levels of professionals. Candidate will have experience with database maintenance, and technical writing. BS degree and 9 year's related experience required. BUSINESS ANALYST (Jr, Mid and Senior levels)
Northern VA/DC Metro

CLMS has an ongoing requirement for Senior Middle and Junior level business analysts to perform business analysis and tasks associated with the government acquisition process and project management support; to perform business process modeling, documentation and re-engineering; to utilize process modeling, requirements management, office automation and project management tools. Candidates must be able to work with other team members to develop risk management plans, perform risk identification and analysis, develop project management plans, and assist with business case analysis, data inquiry and trend analysis; perform market research and perform gap analysis against defined requirements; work with other team members to develop processes, use cases, and other associated requirements documentation (business rules, data specification, etc.) to accurately describe business requirements. Some positions require that candidates perform data analysis, data element decomposition, and data standardization; assist with project schedule development, including task definition, duration, and resource estimates; Financial and budget analysis; review documentation deliverables from projects and provide feedback relative to guidance established by the Program Office and the assigned Business Area; and contribute to program-wide efforts and support other duties as necessary.
