CLMS's subject matter experts use proven processes and methodologies to help our clients perform at the highest levels and move forward in every part of their organization. We build new financial models, create long-term financial forecasts and provide performance analyses. We also improve organizations' group dynamics, organizational structures and their culture. We provide consulting services in two broad areas:

Our financial planning and analysis services include: accounting and financial reconciliation support; budget preparation, development and execution; internal controls and procedures; auditing to verify compliance with the Chief Financial Officer's (CFO's) act and the standards of the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB); and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) 300 and Exhibit 53 submissions.
CLMS's organizational development services include: organizational assessment and design; reengineering and process improvement; change management; facilitation; customer and employee satisfaction surveys; Balanced Scorecards; and customer relationship management (CRM).
