Executive Management

As Managing Partner of CLMS, Carol Sink oversees CLMS's operations, strategic planning and business development. Carol graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a degree in Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. Carol's discipline, solid background and strong work ethic from the military have guided her founding and growth of CLMS with Leslie McClintick.

Carol is an active member of Women in Technology (WIT), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to offering women in all levels of the technology industry a wide range of professional development and networking opportunities. In addition, Carol is a member of the Industry Advisory Council (IAC), the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).

As Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Leslie McClintick manages teaming agreements and contract administration. Leslie also directs CLMS's human resources department in developing and implementing all employee and management policies and procedures. As the firm's Facility Security Officer, Leslie is responsible for managing and resolving all facility and personnel security issues.

Prior to founding CLMS with Carol Sink, Leslie was a special agent with the Internal Revenue Service. Her knowledge of tax codes and other government regulations has served CLMS well in developing the firm's business policies and procedures. Indeed, it has helped ensure the highest standards of excellence in the firm's accounting practices. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University. She is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
