CLMS works in collaboration with clients because we are dedicated to ensuring that they accomplish their missions. An integral part of our corporate culture is our dedication to providing high value deliverables. We continually convey the importance of this to our employees and evaluate them on client service and quality of work.
CLMS's consultants represent a vast, experienced pool of subject matter experts in technology and business. Almost all of our employees have Bachelors degrees and many have graduate degrees. All of our project managers have a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.
Our quality review process helps enable us to consistently deliver excellent services. Our project teams, project managers and program managers all share the responsibility: our project teams use quality assurance and control techniques; CLMS project managers verify that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations; and our program managers oversee our engagements and meet with client personnel to discuss the progress of projects.
CLMS utilizes best practices methodologies including the Project Management Institute's (PMI®) project management lifecycle, the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) of the ITIL Certification Management Board (ICMB), the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI®) framework, and the standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO-9001/20000).
